Full Administration

The death of someone close is a distressing time, and dealing with the Deceased’s affairs during your bereavement may be the last thing you want to have to face.

At BWL we can offer professional yet sensitive assistance taking away the arduous tasks of determining the assets and liabilities of the Deceased; completing the necessary Probate papers; determining any inheritance tax liability; collecting and realising the assets; discharging any debts; protecting the Personal Representatives by advertising for any potential claimants or creditors and finally distributing the assets.

Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration only

Do you need to apply for a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration to be able to deal with the affairs of a Deceased? We can be instructed to complete the Oath, the Inland Revenue Account which must be completed for every application and to submit the application to the Probate Registry to obtain the Grant of Representation.
