Richard Davies LL.B.

Richard was born and educated in Neath. Following successful completion of his Law Degree at Swansea University Richard moved to Bristol to complete his postgraduate studies at the University of the West of England. After achieving his postgraduate Diploma, Richard accepted a training contract at BWL and subsequently, the position of Associate Solicitor following his qualification in Autumn 2008. He now works in the litigation department, specialising in personal injury and insurance claims. Richard also handles a number of complex private disputes ranging from breaches of contract to debt recovery and boundary disputes. Richard is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
