Ann Nicholas

Ann attended Llwyn Y Bryn Primary School before moving to Swansea Girls Grammar School and completed her education at Ty Coch College. Ann has worked in the conveyancing field since 1972. Originally a secretary, Ann's involvement in conveyancing matters gradually increased until she was given her own caseload. Ann has worked as a conveyancing executive with BWL since 2004. Her dedication to her profession and consistent performance means she is now widely regarded as one of the most competent conveyancers in Swansea and receives daily referrals from estate agents and development companies; she also represents several local sports stars from the Ospreys and Swansea City F.C.
