At Beor Wilson Lloyd we understand that debt is a difficult issue and that creditors often feel uncomfortable dealing with bad debtors themselves. Accordingly we aim to provide our clients with tailor-made solutions to their debt recovery problems.

We are able to assist all manner of clients, from relatively low value one off claims through to considerable debt retrievals for established companies.

Our approach to debtors is firm yet fair. We do not wish to alienate the debtor and see negotiation as a central part of the debt recovery process. Many debts are settled once the debtor has received our initial letters without the need for further action.

Legal proceedings are always a last resort and we will never instigate Court action without your expressed instructions.

If this proves unsuccessful, we are able to guide you through the steps in issuing bankruptcy proceedings against a debtor, and can inform you of the procedure and rules which must be adhered to in order to ensure you recoup the majority of your losses from the debtor, with a minimum of fuss.

Efficient debt recovery requires competence and regular client contact. Our staff are knowledgeable, helpful and approachable and will keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.
