Since I am elderly and not very mobile I was very grateful that the firm suggested a home visit which made me relaxed and more receptive to the process in the atmosphere of my own home.  I enjoyed the attention and was alert to the thorough explanations of the general procedures relating to you updating my will and am now very much relieved about it all.
